Timmy Koonce truck # 44965 has provided excellent service for many years. We first met him when he was the first garbage truck in our neighborhood after Hurricane Michael. We were so happy to have the piles of garbage being picked up. Tim always has a smile and hello every-time we see him.. You have a fabulous employee and should be proud to have him as part of your company.
Timmy Koonce has been our driver for quite a while, and he is always incredibly kind and thoughtful. He takes great care with our trash service and is always respectful of our property, never leaving a mess behind. One day, he even surprised my son with a little toy garbage truck, which absolutely made his day. Small acts of kindness like that mean a lot. We truly appreciate Timmy and the care he puts into his job!
We own two properties in Laguna Beach with Tuesday/Friday Waste Pro Service. Because we’re a short term rental, we often have excessive garbage that may not even fit in the can. Timmy Koonce, driver of truck 44965 will stop the truck, get out, and hand load the extra garbage into his truck. I had a great experience with this company. Jason provided excellent service from beginning to end. He was very professional, respectful, and efficient. You can tell he truly cares about helping people and doing his job the right way. Everything was handled quickly and smoothly, and his positive attitude made the whole process even better.
